Refund policy

At [Her Radiance], we deal in Bridal & Party Wear premium collection. Each dress is checked before dispatch.

1. Custom-Made / Bridal Dresses - No Return
Because our Bridal, Party Wear Maxi and formal dresses are made on order with your custom size and heavy hand work (Masoori & Net fabric), we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once the order is confirmed and stitching has started.

Please confirm your size, color and design carefully before placing the order.

2. When We Accept Return?
We will only accept return if:
Wrong item / Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)
Dress is damaged during delivery (with clear video proof)
Major stitching defect

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on our WhatsApp: [03493476473] with unboxing video.

3. No Return Conditions
Without unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
Slight color difference due to lighting / camera is not considered a defect.
Customized dress with your given measurements is non-returnable.
Sale / Discounted dresses are not returnable.

4. Exchange Process
If your claim is approved:
We will exchange the product with the correct one.
Customer will bear the return courier charges for exchange.
Exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.

5. Refund Process
Refund is only given if product is out of stock or we cannot provide an exchange.
Refund will be made to your original payment method / JazzCash / Bank Account within 7 working days.
